Time for a plant update! It’s been a little over a month and a half now and it appears my plants are not dead yet! They seem to, in fact, be growing! I think because of their proximity to my desk and day-old water glass they are getting a lot of sunlight and water. A few days I’ve even brought them out onto the patio for some fresh air (like a pet).
So far my efforts to destroy plant life has failed. There was the one day I decided to dump the rest of my water bottle into my umbrella tree then realized there was gatorade in it. They seem to have adjusted to it.
And I’m so confided in my plant-growing abilities now that I’ve added another buddy to the crew. Meet Mason, on the left. When he joined us he was looking a little low to the ground. But with each day that passes his little branches are stretching outwards and upwards!
